Request to Devlight

Sense Bank’s initial request to Devlight was to develop a super app for digital banking. Despite possessing an in-house team, the rapid growth of their enterprise had outpaced their development capacity, necessitating external assistance.

Challenges and Limitations

The challenges Sense Bank encountered primarily revolved around tight deadlines and the complexity of the new functionality they aimed to introduce. These challenges demanded a greater commitment of human resources to meet project goals.

How we did it — solutions, approach, methodology

Devlight assembled a team of over 20 professionals, including senior engineers, a project manager, business analysts, QA professionals, and developers for both Android and iOS platforms.

The collaborative effort encompassed the development of a super app for digital banking. Devlight followed a two-week sprint methodology, ensuring top-quality code and comprehensive testing to support weekly releases.

Despite the initial challenges, Devlight’s dedicated team worked tirelessly, often putting in extra hours to ensure timely delivery. They delivered not only on existing features but also spearheaded the development of various initiatives, including a significant overhaul of Sense Bank’s primary application.

The project’s success was anchored in meticulous project management, streamlined daily meetings for efficient task coordination, and the adept use of Jira and Confluence for project management and ticket tracking.
