About the role:
We are looking for a talented QA Department Lead to enhance testing processes across web and mobile projects. You will be responsible for developing test strategies across the company, managing quality throughout the development lifecycle, mentoring the team, and continuously improving QA practice.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to assess Quality Assurance requirements.
  • Implement Software Testing Processes that meet client needs and company standards.
  • Refine quality policies and metrics to enhance testing practices.
  • Improve QA processes to ensure clarity and execution of testing protocols.
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide recommendations for testing documentation.
  • Develop tailored Test Strategies for multiple projects.
  • Manage resources for effective QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Oversee product and process quality risks, ensuring proactive management.
  • Estimate QA tasks, plan activities, and prioritize as needed.
  • Monitor team workloads and QA task progress, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Analyze QA metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members to support skill development and career growth.
  • Maintain internal knowledge libraries and documentation.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities by providing QA expertise.

Your professional qualities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 3+ years in a leadership role (web and mobile).
  • Strong understanding of software development, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of testing tools and quality standards.
  • Experience in developing test strategies and conducting defect analyses.
  • Familiarity with risk management and test automation best practices.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in performance and automation testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Selenium).
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to conduct presentations effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • ISTQB Advanced Level certifications.
