About the Project: Bank mobile app.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
  • Develop and document business processes, creating clear and detailed visual representations like flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Create detailed specifications for software development, ensuring all requirements are clear and comprehensive.
  • Assign tasks to developers and oversee software changes, making sure they align with business processes.
  • Prepare documentation to support the testing and deployment of new and updated banking products.
  • Provide recommendations on testing strategies for the final product.
  • Participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

Your professional qualities:

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
  • Background in banking or IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis fundamentals and requirements management.
  • Proficiency with modern business analysis tools (Camunda BPMN, Visio, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, IDEF).
  • Familiarity with Client-server and Microservices architecture principles.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Java, and SQL
