As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently searching for an exceptionally skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the lead generation specialist to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Manage and grow our client database, lead outreach campaigns.
  • Drive the company’s expansion into the Nordic market, particularly by representing Devlight at key exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Your professional qualities:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, particularly in web and app development.
  • Proven track record of managing and nurturing lead databases.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques.
  • Experience working in the US, UK, Germany, and Scandinavian markets.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in industries such as eCommerce, retail, and logistics.
  • Experience in roadshows, representing company services in international markets.
  • Experience with sales automation tools such as LinkedIn Helper and Apollo.
